Terms of Service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms govern your use of EditNow, provided by Cervly Global Pte. Ltd., 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07, Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

EditNow provides browser-based tools to edit, convert, organize, secure and summarize PDF documents. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

Subscriptions and trials

Some features require a paid subscription. A trial, where offered, is charged at the trial price shown at checkout and converts automatically to the monthly plan shown at checkout at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@editnow.app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive your files. You are responsible for having the right to use, edit and sign the documents you work with, including removing security from PDFs only where you are permitted to do so.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Electronic signatures

The Sign PDF tool lets you place an image of your signature on a document. Whether such a signature is legally effective depends on the applicable law and the type of document; the service does not provide identity verification or audit trails.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
