Can the background be transparent?+
Yes, tick “Transparent background”. Pages are rendered without the white page fill.
Why is PNG larger than JPG?+
PNG is lossless. For photos and scans choose PDF to JPG; for diagrams, text and anything you will edit, PNG keeps every pixel sharp.
What resolution do I need for print?+
300 dpi. For web use 150 dpi is plenty and much smaller.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?+
No. Everything runs in your browser; your file never leaves your device.
