EditNow is an online toolkit for everyday file work: edit, sign, merge, convert and protect PDFs, build invoices and résumés, convert and clean up images, and trim, compress, caption and transcribe video, all from any browser.
Are my documents safe?+
Yes. Processing happens inside your browser, so your files never leave your device. Only the AI summarizer, translator and chat send extracted text to generate their result, and nothing is stored.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Everything works in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on desktop, tablet and mobile. Video tools use your device's built-in encoder and need Chrome, Edge or Safari 17 or newer.
Which file types are supported?+
PDF, DOCX, XLSX and CSV documents; JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and HEIC images; MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV video; MP3, M4A, WAV and FLAC audio; SRT and VTT subtitles. Each tool page lists what it accepts.
How do I cancel?+
From your account page in one click, or by emailing support. Access continues until the end of the current period and nothing further is charged.
Is there a file size limit?+
Documents and images up to 100 MB each, video files up to 2 GB. Because nothing is uploaded, speed depends only on your device.
